How to apply our fall protection kits correctly?

Perhaps the most important part of our fall protection kit is the H-harness, which is designed to keep you strapped in and secured while working. Therefore, it is also extremely important that you know exactly how to apply it correctly. Here is a step-by-step guide:

1. Start by locking the metal buckles at both thighs.

2. Then tighten the buckle across the chest. Make sure it is snug.

3. insert the carabiner into both breastplates to secure them in place.

4. Then adjust the buckles at the thighs. Make sure the straps are tight but that there is still room for a finger between the strap and your thigh.

5. You can adjust the harness further at the shoulders.

6. Now you are ready to attach a line to the cross member on your back, which is attached to an anchor point or similar.
